Where's my order, what's taking so long?Updated 2 years ago

We understand you're super excited to receive your products and finally be apart of our TruTribe, we are too. Unfortunately, the teleportation machine we've been working on is still in production and so we have to use standard shipping carriers which can sometimes experience delays.

In all seriousness, if your order is taking longer than expected or the tracking link hasn't shown movement in what feels like ages, shoot us an email and we'll get to the bottom of it for you.
