You can always check your order’s status in the link provided in your order confirmation email.

We typically fulfill all orders within 0-2 business days, depending on our volume of orders during weekday business hours (EST). Any orders placed after Friday business hours, during the weekend or national US holidays will ship out the following business day. 

If your items are in stock and ready to ship, there is a 24-hour delay from the time your order is shipped to the time the tracking details are emailed to you. From there, standard shipping times will apply. If you have yet to receive a shipping notification email, please check our website's product pages directly for any out-of-stock notices and pre-order shipping estimates, as this will provide you with the most up-to-date information on your order’s status. 

For Domestic (US) Orders:
All orders will go out with USPS, unless an expedited shipping option is chosen, which would typically be through UPS or the next available option. Standard domestic shipping is estimated to be 3-7 business days*.

For International Orders:
International orders will use a courier best suited for the destination country and may transfer to your country’s local postal service once it passes through local customs. You will receive an international tracking link via email. Standard international shipping is typically 7-15 business days*. 

*Shipping times are subject to delays as experienced by our carriers.
