I was charged additional fees upon delivery of my order. I would like to get reimbursed.Updated 2 years ago

We all hate paying taxes, we totally get it. Unfortunately, your country’s local customs department may require a duty tax, customs fee or an import fees. Any applicable local taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for reimbursement. We do not receive any of the fee collected; 100% of the fee goes to your country’s import customs office.

If you’re not able to pay the duty fees, the order will be sent back to us and processed as a return.
