Please follow the instructions below based on the specific coverage associated with your order.
1. Standard Manufacturer Warranty
Coverage: 12 Months (Included with all orders)
To file a claim, please email [email protected] with:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or video documenting the damage
2. TruWood Protection Plans
Coverage: Adventure Protection (2-Year) or Explorer Coverage (3-Year)
If you upgraded to one of our additional protection plans, please email [email protected] with:
- Order Number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos or video documenting the damage

3. Extend Warranty
Now Discontinued for Purchase (May 2026) but previously purchased warranties are still honored.
If you previously purchased a protection plan through Extend, you must file your claim directly through their dedicated portal here.
Note: Extend is a third-party provider. They are solely responsible for the review and approval of these claims; TruWood cannot file or approve them on your behalf.
