Are your products waterproof?Updated 2 years ago
Our watches are splashproof, but not completely waterproof. Feel free to wash your hands or come in contact with small amounts of water. Swimming in general or submerging the watch underwater is not recommended.
Our full bamboo sunglasses will float in the water - in fact, a great way to tell if it’s real bamboo is to do the float test. The lenses we use are high-quality polarized lenses and can be used in saltwater. As for our other sunglasses, there are some metal/plastic pieces attached and so they may not float 100% of the time.
Considering we use 100% all-natural wood, prolonged exposure to water isn't recommended. Over time water will penetrate the wood and can leave stains or cause cracks, which is true for any wooden product.
