The sub-dials on our chronograph watches measure from left to right: minutes, seconds, and hours!
In order to adjust the time on the watch, the crown must be pulled out to the second position. When you pull the crown, it'll click once for the first position and then another time for the second position.
As for the second hand on the watch - that's actually for the stopwatch functionality. Clicking Button B (the bottom one) resets the stopwatch (not the actual time on the watch). To start and stop the stopwatch, you use button A.
In order to set the date on the watch, you pull the crown to the second position and turn it counterclockwise!
