What is your Return & Exchange policy?Updated 2 years ago

We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 30 days.

We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need to have issued an RMA number within the return period (not delivered). 

To begin your return please complete this form and let us know why this order didn't work out! We appreciate your feedback and are here to listen! We hope to make this a quick process for you. 

If you are experiencing any issues with your product, please complete this form to request a warranty claim. 

Notes:

* Please contact us to receive an RMA Number PRIOR to shipping the item(s) back.
* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging.
* Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
* Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
