While we're sad to see you leave our TruTribe, we want you to be happy. If you are not completely excited about your purchase when you open the box, we would be happy to help process a return within 30 days of purchase.
First, contact us to receive a RMA (return) number and the return shipping information. Also, if you can, let us know why it didn’t work out, we're always looking to make improvements.
Second, write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send it back to us.
Once the returned item(s) is received by our team, we’ll issue a refund for the amount of the returned item(s).
Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed back to the credit card!
