Are there any exclusions to your Return & Exchange policy?Updated 7 days ago

We cannot offer a refund on any items that are replacements or warranty claims.

We do not accept returns for refund if the item broken has been damaged due to a drop, fall, etc. We can only offer a replacement or store credit in those cases.

We do not accept returns/refunds on custom engraved orders or final sale items (last chance styles). Warranty is still valid for any non-accidental, manufacturer defects or items damaged on arrival.

Items purchased during a "BUY 1 GET 1" or "FREE GIFT" promotion are final sales.

Discounts (i.e. coupon codes, gift cards, etc.) cannot be applied on orders with "BUY 1 GET 1" or "FREE GIFT" coupon codes already applied.
